The 1st time we used the gazebo's it had been erected up on fine day. No wind and we noticed it received a tear in one of the corners of the top cover of the gazebo. So we weren't it impressed this occurred on a fine day that had no wind at all.
I received a box that looked like it had gone through a lot! It was ripped and caked in dust. The product is okay but takes a lot of strength to put up. I wouldn't buy again unless you could pickup as there is no way to contact this company.
The customer service is absolutely not helpful

We had the gazebos we purchased up where there was no wind and rain and we already noticed some tearing occurring in the material. Not happy about that. Cos I thought they were meant to be thunderstorm quality. It was a beautiful hot day when we had our gazebos up.

The Waiouru Community Services Centre Incorporated recently purchased x 2 TOUGHOUT Thunderstorm 6m x 3m Gazebos and we couldn't fault the end to end process. Excellent communication lines with the supplier and very quick delivery. Having used similar sized gazebos in the past, we knew exactly what we were purchasing and that a minimum of 4 people are required to erect these. We are so pleased with the order, we are intending to purchase other products. Thank you team for an awesome experience.
Not recommend to buy it it flight away from only 50km/h win try contact supplier for replace the panel but no respond. Way money
Great gazebo,easy to put up just what I wanted.had to be strong after my last one crumpled up on a windy day.happy with this new one
We opened the box, found no instructions to the gazebo.
Looked through the website on our phones unable to find any.
Other than the lack of instructions seems like acceptable quality. Havent used yet

Had not been in stock for a long time, seems no spares are, which was the reason I originally bought this product. Disappointing.
the product is missing out on a few features, one- a bag is missing also ropes are missing to tie the corners down.
