Frame looks like a good quality, but the canopy only attaches to frame with 4 Velcro attachments. Canopy leaked during first use. There are also no Tie down ropes, pegs or a carry bag included.
This gazebo is the perfect size and sturdiness for our backyard. Looks great and gets great feedback.

It was easy to set up. Using it as sun cover over our spa for summer. My son has Autism as swims every day and refuse to wear a hat, so this Gazebo is serving us well. Thank you
Looks good up but no instructions and no pegs. No bag for frame or covers. One of the ties has also come out of the stitching.
Happy with the quality and the finish of the product, but it is heavy and we needed a few people to erect it.
Opened and was broken, plastics falling out of the box when opened. Stitching on cover was bad and not sewn properly. Shipping was prompt though.
This is the 2nd time we have purchased one of these Gazebos from this company. They are a great product and last well. The service side lacks what it used to have, so hopefully this is resolved.
The 1st time we used the gazebo's it had been erected up on fine day. No wind and we noticed it received a tear in one of the corners of the top cover of the gazebo. So we weren't it impressed this occurred on a fine day that had no wind at all.
I received a box that looked like it had gone through a lot! It was ripped and caked in dust. The product is okay but takes a lot of strength to put up. I wouldn't buy again unless you could pickup as there is no way to contact this company.

We had the gazebos we purchased up where there was no wind and rain and we already noticed some tearing occurring in the material. Not happy about that. Cos I thought they were meant to be thunderstorm quality. It was a beautiful hot day when we had our gazebos up.
