Great Gazebo but thought there would of been guide rope and pegs included disappointed that they were not included.
Hi the canopy was missing Velcro and a split seem. I contacted your crew the first day I set it up. I did get contacted re a replacement canopy but haven't heard anything since.
This gazebo looks great and has a clean, stylish design. It is lightweight, easy to carry, and convenient to set up. A great choice for outdoor use.

Exactly as described. We leave ours's up 24 x 7 (with ratchet tiedowns - its sturdy).
Great quality. Makes it so much easier to move around gazebo.
As well as good value, the company provided really fast delivery so we had it in time for our outdoor celebration. The downside was that no assembly instructions were provided but with the help of an experienced gazebo user, it was easy to put up and we had no trouble the next time.
Three individual side walls, two with plastic windows would be a good option as apposed to the one wraparound, windowless side wall. Our situation, we use the gazebo as a weatherproof extension to the tents main entrance. Having said that, I was aware or the wraparound sidewalk when we made the purchase. Another great option would be to have the option of purchasing the stowage bag with the frame etc. at an additional cost. The gazebo is real value for money. Cheers Frank
I bought a TUF OUT gazebo and on the very first use we experienced strong wind. One of the support poles bent. I contacted customer service to find a solution, and I was even willing to pay to buy a replacement pole and fix it myself.
To my surprise, TUF OUT handled it quickly and decisively — they shipped me a replacement pole for free and solved the problem straight away. The gazebo is also very lightweight, and I can easily carry it on my own, which is exactly what I wanted.
This level of service really gave me confidence in the brand, and I’ve now decided to buy another one to show my support. Highly recommend!
Good strong bag , was a tad too long , but we will make do
Great efficient service arrived within days from ordering on line. Easy to erexr and dissemble.
Only down side is don’t know product does not come with a bag/cover, now need to order separately online. and pay freight,. Would have ordered with my initial order if was aware. No guide ropes or pegs included as well.
Although we struggled to get it up the very first time (no instructions in the box?), we got it sorted. Was great for our camp and pack down was super simple. Very happy with the quality!
Good thick cover, disappointed there weren't any pegs for legs to go in ground they usually always come with gazebos.
For the price it’s pretty reasonable.
Bag and gazebo were separate delivery - causing a little confusion.
Dispatch and delivery were very prompt, even over the new year period.
The Velcro that holds the canopy to the sides isn’t great - in low wind it was damaged and “pulled”, rendering useless. I’ll be attaching clips to make it more sturdy.
One of the “L” brackets slightly bent in 25km winds - I’ll be replacing the bent ones, and all others, with more robust brackets.
Still, for the price it was well worth it and I’d recommend them.

Dont waste your money
Frame looks like a good quality, but the canopy only attaches to frame with 4 Velcro attachments. Canopy leaked during first use. There are also no Tie down ropes, pegs or a carry bag included.
