How we calculate shipping costs for your orders
Your delivery options and cost can be found on the product page and in the cart using our shipping estimator. The fees may vary depending on:

Please allow an extra 1-2 days for rural deliveries.
Order Processing
We always endeavor to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days. However, during sale periods or holidays, dispatch may be delayed due to high volumes.
Important Notice
Due to recent increase in Covid cases, ongoing restrictions and staff shortages, we are currently experiencing delays. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery from dispatch, particularly for large/oversized items. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this.

Common questions about our shipping and delivery process
- How can I track my order?
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to track your delivery.
- Do you deliver to rural addresses?
- Yes, we deliver to rural addresses throughout New Zealand. Please note that rural deliveries may take an additional 1-2 days.
- What if I'm not home for delivery?
- Our courier partners will leave a card and attempt redelivery or hold your package at their nearest depot for collection.
- Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
- Please contact us as soon as possible at contactus@toughout.co.nz if you need to change your delivery address. We'll do our best to accommodate if the order hasn't been dispatched yet.
- Do you offer international shipping?
- Currently, we only ship within New Zealand. Please contact us for any special international shipping requests.
