The product is great. But I got an email from the Courier service to tell me they would not deliver the product as it was 27kgs and therefore I would have to go and collect it. Because I needed it in a hurry I did just that but what is the point in paying for a Courier service then having to go and collect it anyway. You should review your courier partners.

I would not recommend this company. I ordered 2x 3x6 gazebo received the roof for both had to email them about frames as these had not been deliveried no phone number to ring them . Got email back to say they would look into it. Two day later received one frame still waiting have sent a number of emails and still no reply.

Took about 2 weeks to receive my order, had to send multiple emails as they advertised you receive item sooner, gazebo was dented upon opening however still held up, side and back curtain’s definitely look and feel cheap. Strings to connect to the gazebo instead of Velcro so wouldn’t say it’s windproof like the photos you see online, overall just a hassle and disappointed. Great marketing for such a budget product
