The zips don’t work and I’ve sent photos to tough out 7 days ago and had no response at all. Extremely disappointed and frustrated

We used the sand bags at our 1st ever market , and throughout thd day there were patches of strong wind but thanks to the sand anchors our Tough Out gazebo stayed put all day long.
