The ToughOut Thunderstorm Gazebo 3 × 6m in White is the heaviest-duty pop-up shelter in the ToughOut range, built for people who put a gazebo up and take it down again and again — stallholders, sports clubs, schools and event crews. The steel frame opens without tools, and three detachable side walls are included so you can close off whichever sides you need.
The canopy is 800D woven oxford with a 265GSM PVC coating for enhanced UV and water resistance, and the side walls are 210D woven oxford, 12m in total across three sides. The frame uses 40 × 40mm steel tube at 0.6mm wall thickness, 0.55mm oval-profile cross bars, and 35 × 35mm steel legs that adjust through four height settings with quick-release buttons.
On the ground it takes up 5.77m × 2.92m and stands 3.31m at the peak. It covers a long stall run, a full sideline bench, or a catering and service line at a festival — this is the size to choose when the alternative is joining two smaller gazebos together. White is the common pick for market and hospitality stalls, and for events where a neutral canopy is expected.
Before you set up: the Thunderstorm Gazebo is temporary outdoor shelter, not a permanent structure. Peg down or weight all four legs every time you set it up, take the canopy off before strong wind, and do not leave the gazebo standing unattended or overnight. Damage caused by wind or by use outside these conditions is not covered.
Yes. Three detachable 210D woven oxford side walls are supplied, 12m of wall in total. The fourth side is left open, so you can face the opening whichever way suits your site.
The gazebo covers 5.77m × 2.92m on the ground and stands 3.31m at the peak. Allow extra room around all four legs for pegs or weights. Note the actual footprint is under the 6m × 3m marketed size, so measure to 5.77m × 2.92m when you are planning a tight space or booking a stall site.
No. The Thunderstorm Gazebo is designed as temporary shelter. Take it down, or at least remove the canopy, before strong wind, and do not leave it standing unattended or overnight.
No tools are needed for the frame — it concertinas open and the legs lock at four heights with quick-release buttons. The complete gazebo weighs 47kg (frame 36kg, canopy 7.3kg, side walls 1.8kg). At this size two people are the minimum, and three makes pack-down considerably easier.

I received a box that looked like it had gone through a lot! It was ripped and caked in dust. The product is okay but takes a lot of strength to put up. I wouldn't buy again unless you could pickup as there is no way to contact this company.
Fantastic product for the price point. Looking to purchase another one down the track.
We bought the 3x6m thunderstorm gazebo and happy with the order and delivery process.
Worked really well with our family
Event and is pretty strong. The only downside is the three side walls is a
Single piece attached through velcroe, would
Be better if they are inidividual pieces
I belong to the local Amateur Radio Emergency communications group and we supply communications for CD and LandSAR. We also do communications for sports groups for koha that we use for buying equipment like this gazebo. We had access to one gazebo that was 3 x 3 m that meant we had to run the radios in the gazebo and distribute the handheld radios to the volunteers from another place. This meant we required extra manpower and another place to work from. This ToughOut Gazebo will allow us to to both from one site. I am impressed with the quality of the material and manufacture which exceeded our expectations. We also bought a side for the gazebo that covers three sides and leaves one open for us to work from. We use bits of paper to record messages and radios that have been distributed. Without the sides on the old gazebo it was a challenge to keep track of our bits of paper to stop them blowing everywhere. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
Very heavy - which is expected at 47kgs but it definitely takes at least 3 people to put up easily. Our side ripped on the first use as the sharp plastic corners of the gazebo caught on it. So just a heads up you need to file those down. Ours also leaks. Get
