The ToughOut Thunderstorm Gazebo 3 × 3m in Navy is the heaviest-duty pop-up shelter in the ToughOut range, built for people who put a gazebo up and take it down again and again — stallholders, sports clubs, schools and families. The steel frame opens without tools, and three detachable side walls are included so you can close off whichever sides you need.
The canopy is 800D woven oxford with a 265GSM PVC coating for enhanced UV and water resistance, and the side walls are 210D woven oxford, 9m in total across three sides. The frame uses 40 × 40mm steel tube at 0.6mm wall thickness, 0.55mm oval-profile cross bars, and 35 × 35mm steel legs that adjust through four height settings with quick-release buttons.
On the ground it takes up 2.92m × 2.92m and stands 3.31m at the peak. This is the size most often chosen for a single market stall, a club gear tent, a food stand at a school gala, or shade beside the pool on a hot weekend — pick it where space is tight, or where you want two or three separate covered points rather than one long run.
Before you set up: the Thunderstorm Gazebo is temporary outdoor shelter, not a permanent structure. Peg down or weight all four legs every time you set it up, take the canopy off before strong wind, and do not leave the gazebo standing unattended or overnight. Damage caused by wind or by use outside these conditions is not covered.
Yes. Three detachable 210D woven oxford side walls are supplied, 9m of wall in total. The fourth side is left open, so you can face the opening whichever way suits your site.
The gazebo covers 2.92m × 2.92m on the ground and stands 3.31m at the peak. Allow extra room around all four legs for pegs or weights. Note the actual footprint is slightly under the 3m marketed size, so measure to 2.92m when you are planning a tight space.
No. The Thunderstorm Gazebo is designed as temporary shelter. Take it down, or at least remove the canopy, before strong wind, and do not leave it standing unattended or overnight.
No tools are needed for the frame — it concertinas open and the legs lock at four heights with quick-release buttons. The complete gazebo weighs 26.3kg (frame 22kg, canopy 3.9kg, side walls 1.3kg), so two people make set-up and pack-down considerably easier.

Hi the canopy was missing Velcro and a split seem. I contacted your crew the first day I set it up. I did get contacted re a replacement canopy but haven't heard anything since.
Excellent service. Thank you. We used it last Sunday and it worked well. We didn't need the sides so we look forward to trying them out at some stage
Very easy to set up, disappointed it didn't come with any guide ropes. Luckily I had some.
Was literally up and pegged hard down when a strong gust wind came through and broke the frame. This was the first time using it too :(
