I bought a TUF OUT gazebo and on the very first use we experienced strong wind. One of the support poles bent. I contacted customer service to find a solution, and I was even willing to pay to buy a replacement pole and fix it myself.
To my surprise, TUF OUT handled it quickly and decisively — they shipped me a replacement pole for free and solved the problem straight away. The gazebo is also very lightweight, and I can easily carry it on my own, which is exactly what I wanted.
This level of service really gave me confidence in the brand, and I’ve now decided to buy another one to show my support. Highly recommend!

Hello, I bought the tough out gazebo for $139 I believe and it’s come bent and damaged. Bought for a competition event and was unable to use it as we couldn’t assemble it due to the pole being broken. We have never opened it or used it. Stored on a shelf until usage. It is unusable we are very disappointed, this is our first gazebo we have ever bought

Didnt realise the walls were tied to the top - rather than with velcro. And the wall is 1 piece that wraps around 3 sides. Not so good if you only want to put a wall up at the back of the gazebo

Hi first days use it broke, very low winds
You dont provide pins for the feet or strings for the side to hold it down and have to buy a bag for it aswell
